Nickel & Nickel Cellars’ South Fermentation Building is the newest addition to the winery’s farmhouse complex. The agricultural style barn sits over the already existing 30,000 sq.ft. subterranean barrel cellar. The building features an exposed timber frame construction and houses modern, computer-controlled, stainless steel fermentation tanks. Two lofts located on the East/West elevations provide viewing to the tanks below and are used for VIP tastings and events. Batten and board siding, stone wainscoting, barn doors, and double-hung wood windows create an authentic, farmstead aesthetic.
